Pros

Good packing. Product was shipped very quickly. Luckily the product was not damaged.

Purchased 18 ft round and very pleased with durability and construction of this cover. It is heavier than a thinner cover but worth it for its heating ability. The pool is noticeably warmer now with us on it at night.

Cons

Bogus claims of a chemical imbalance in my pool after only viewing photos of the damaged cover. In the swim will not even respond to request for a refund.

The product is not cut to 18' round. The cover is hot, and since it is floating on the air filled bubbles, the heat doesn't make it to the water. The cheaper blue ones heat the water several degrees hotter than this one.
