Pros

This is the best sounding mono beatles music that i will ever hear. The beatles talent was a perfect mesh of luck, opportunity and ambition. It's the most powerful the beatles have ever sounded.

Half the records fit the spindle perfectly. Everything is fuller. The photos are superb. These are excellent pressings.

Sources tell beatlefan that the various configurations of the white album reissues look like this. Two of the cds are the new remix and the third cd is the esher demos. Included will be the 12-minute version of “helter skelter’.

Cons

The box was dented. It is over hyped. To quote forrest gump, that's all i'm going to say about that.

It's like they are asking for their shippers to destroy it in transit. They know we want them, so they hold them back and gouge us.

This is particularly disappointing for me since i don't have the dess or the original lp.

Given the price of this set and the quality of the music contained the cover reproductions are shameful
