This book is simply superb. I must admit you begin to feel a little hopeless at this point, however this is where the real brilliance begins.

As part of an ongoing'reductionism' which gets applied to almost everything. He fleshes out what he means by this and made it simple. It is informative, empowering and reassuring.

    If you live in america and live on a diet of processed or take away foods from restaurants and i use the word so loosely here then you are in big big trouble

    The author says eat food not too much and mostly plants and offers a quick shortcut to healthy eating suggesting that you shouldnt eat anything that your great grandmother wouldnt recognize as food
