Pros
The med-hi temp is just about perfect for most griddle-food applications. It heats up well and cooks food evenly. I use it to warm tortillas and it does the job perfectly. Must be used on full-size burner (gas or electric) on stove top.
Received in a timely fashion, packaged well. Metal is solid without being too heavy, cleans really well.
Perfect size for four bread-size servings (french toast, grilled sandwiches, pancakes). It is perfect for making grilled cheese sandwiches. Easy to cut down to put on toast or muffins.
This item is amazing. Would highly recommend. This is me giving my rave reviews on this product.

This economical non stick cookware which should last a few years if you do not use abrasive cleaning sponges and do not use metal utensils

If you are making tortillas de maiz they will puff up on this pan given you make them correctly
