Pros

These are comfortable to wear and work very well for yoga when you have knee issues. Could use a bit more padding in the knee. Even though the pads are on the thicker side, i rather have extra protection during rehearsal.

They work great! They stay in place and the padding has not thinned out. The padding is very dense and resilient.

These were purchased for pole fitness class. Protected my injured knee during dance class. If i'm wearing over-the-knee boots they're still hideable when i'm dancing. writing this after a dance/floorwork sesh.

Cons
