Live chat with them twice during the set up of the camera although they were very helpful on both occasions i was directed to imporx it support for further information

One thing to note i had to purchase a separate splitter and poe in order for the camera to operate

It is not a stand alone poe camera

Imporx it support i cannot fault on their very quick response and willingness to ensure the camera was set up and functioning correctly

I used blue iris as my software for monitoring and operating the camera during the set up of the camera our own firewall did hinder the installation of the camera and had to use teamviewer in order for the it support to access my pc and assist in the installation

Not all functions are available within blue iris and on certain functions these were required to be set up using the software provided by imporx
