To describe you can insert an iphone 5c into the pouch then flip the holster with the iphone upside down with the cover open so gravity pulls on it and the phone wont come out

However if you apply a little bit of pressure from the bottom or shake the pouch while its upside down then the phone will come out

My primary concern about importer520 case after product quality which in my opinion is five star was worry that it would not fit the phone with the verizon shell attached
