Since day one i would have to take off the case if i was talking on the phone even if the bottom portion was open because the other person could never hear me

This thing is bad ass for the price never had a problem with it all these people that are complaining obviously don’t know how to put a phone case together

And yes when you talk on the phone we have to take the little plug out at the bottom of the phone but what do you expect for a sealed waterproof case these people on here are seriously ridiculous saying it’s cheap and does not work
