But in all fairness most turners will custom sharpen their gouges to suit their own preferences regarding the shape of the cutting edges

Speaking of boxes the wooden box they were shipped in was in terrible shape

The top was warped and some of the internal tool support parts were broken

I didnt intend to store these gouges inside this box anyway but it was disappointing that the box was in such poor shape
