A two gummy serving has 50% of the recommended daily vitamin c and 34% of zinc, along with 100mg of elderberry extract. It does have some carbs so be mindful if you’re an adult who is on keto. It uses pectin instead of gelatin.
Cons
The gummies come settled in a solid stuck together block on the bottom of the jar. Makes it a pain to chisel them out every day. They also clump in the bottle. Both times the gummies have been melted and completely stuck at the bottom.
Texture and taste is unpleasant. The flavor of these are really unpleasant as well. My kids absolutely detest the flavor of this. Will not be purchasing any more maryruth gummy supplements.
