Pros
Size is just right for minor food preparation. This board is nice and quiet which is what i wanted. Dimensions slightly off, but still a great product.
The mat is flexible enough to easily funnel chopped items into a bowl. A little stiffer than those cheap flimsy cutting sheets.
No stains after washing by hand or in the dishwasher. No warping from being in the dishwasher. The ridges also help keep the juices from spilling out everywhere.
It hardly shows any cutting marks and cleans up well. No knife marks. I have this cutting board sitting on an expensive tray that i display in my kitchen.
Cons
Too expensive for a floppy board. As the board is gray, it is quite noticeable. I'm very dissatisfied because this wasn't a cheap cutting board either.
Not odor-resistant or scratch-resistant, as advertised. You need to cut very lightly as you contact the surface which is very annoying and slows down prep work.

We have solid plastic and glass cutting boards but the glass doesnt seem to work well on the knife and the solid plastic is going on shape
