Altho the grandkids 864 yrs love using this swing within a week the foam edging started to rip and fall apart making the swing more difficult to use and making the parents disatisfied with the product

After contacting the buckfrys company with complaints about the swing they replaced it for free requiring only a photo of the damaged swing for confirmation

Cons the rope is tied in a single knot and seared where it comes through the tube body

With a little bit of tampering or possible continuous exposure to the sun these knots could come unwound causing the net to fall out
