These are perfect for my purse. They are slim enough to allow me to knit and watch tv over them.
Cons
The case is an inexpensive metal hinged carrier. The glass lenses have some sort of weird grind on them that makes it difficult to focus both eyes at the same time. I am concerned they'll fall into my lap on a turn and dangerously distract me.

I dont think they are good for wearing for continued reading as the nosepads are not very comfortable
