Pros

Used to replace old fan in greenhouse. No rain leaks. In arizona the garages are ridiculously hot.

This exhaust fan is a life saver! Excellent fan. Perfect fit. Happy with the purchase.

Fan now runs constantly regardless of temperature. Cooled the house by 5 to 10 degrees, was in the attic worked great for 22 months.
