When it came i plugged it into my laptop to charge tried plugging it into an iphone charger and even an ipad charger

This is not a problem with the wire this is a ps vita issue

But if you don’t have the original wire which i lost your best bet to charge will be a ps4 — laptops and other mobile chargers will not work

If you don’t have access to a ps4 i suggest looking into getting the original wire for the vita as this usb cable alone will not be enough

I was a bit wary to purchase this from all the reviews claiming that the fit was a bit too tight and that in some case it wouldnt go in at all

The cable works great however the random messages advertising other products while begging for a review are annoying beyond belief
