Pros & Cons
Pros
The outside sensor fits in the grill and lets me know what temp outside is. When reptile keeping one must have accurate info in regards to temp and humidity.
Both indoor and outdoor temperature readings are accurate. Had mine in several rooms with sensor near readout and close to a/c readout all read within 1 degree of each other.
Cons
Great for six months or so until the first battery runs down, then useless once the battery is replaced. Temperature in and out is way off. Complete piece of junk.
Sometimes the temps are off by 2-3° (degrees fahrenheit) above 90º, the lcd becomes unreadable. Same temp near a heat lamp and in the freezer. Unfortunately the od sensor reading is about 12 degrees colder than the indoor sensor.
