Pros

The pulse oximeter is the only one that has dependable bluetooth connectivity with the app. The only drawback is that you have to select the oximeter in its dedicated ihealth app and make sure the bt symbol is illuminated. It's accurate and uploads to...  Read More

The only downside with this unit is that it's really hard to install the lanyard for it.

The blood pressure cuff is rechargeable but uses the usb mini type b cord, while the pulse oximeter uses a usb micro type b power cord. To get them into the app, open the blood pressure section and select the ‘ measure’ tab.

Cons

Device is the cheapest piece of plastic i've ever seen. After one pairing with my iphone, the bluetooth fails to activate on the device. Bluetooth connection is shady at best.

One of the biggest sources of brain damage is sleep apnea. Internal non changeable battery so needs full replacement. Not usable for timed serial measurements during exercise unless you can continue your exercise while fumbling with the device.

I got this unit because i need to know what my oxygen does while i’m asleep

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I foolishly thought i could wear it all night and it would track my oxygen throughout

You have to take it off your finger for the reading to finalize and it will only record that last reading

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

You can record several before syncing to the app but that is still not helpful for me

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Seems like it could break if you accidentally sat on it or something

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

The biggest thing that can affect the reading is finger temperature especially if your hands are cold

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

This does not retain readings for later upload to the app so you need to be synced when you take a reading if you want to track your oxy over time
