Pros

The voice function is serviceable and the button is very clear, large and pretty easy to hit if you want it to talk. Brought for my 97 yr old mom in nursing home. It's nice and big for my grandma to read and the alarm is loud.

This is so awsome. Highly recommend. Update 7/29/18. Love, love, love it.

I appreciate the seller standing behind their product and replacing it quickly. Very satisfied customer.

Cons

The touchscreen software is faulty. Nor her young niece. Iguerburn rely on a draconian return policy to minimize the need to refund the purchaser.
