For the latter you can set whatever hr you want rather that stick with the three percentages that are listed at the start

However the manual that comes with it is not very well written and a little confusing not the worst but i would say mediocre both in terms of the instructions of how to put the bike together and the features and how to use them

And getting help via the phone has been very goodquick to connect to a real live english speaking person who offers to the point advice

The bike was easy to assemble and it is easy to use

The pedal straps a hard to adjust but other than that the bike works as it should and delivers an excellent workout

Theres no real feedback on the heartrate program to tell you if you have set it up correctly

It always defaults to 20 minutes for all programs and some cant even be changed
