When i reinstalled them this spring half didnt work so i bought new batteries and cleaned the solar cover

Still they didnt work so i emailed the company they responded right away and after a few emails they are sending new ones to replace the ones not working 5 stars for that

Finally went to utube and you have to pop the clear cover off and then there is indeed an on switch

Good product we had to add some silicone on the edges of the panel to protect it from the water but the lights have been working fine after 2 months of use
