Pros
Fits on my countertop nicely and not noisy. We use this in an office with 4 people and this one is our fav so far. We love it and hope it lasts!
The ice is perfect size for an ice chewers like me. The nuggets crunch very nicely. The box seems to stay at about 50 to 55° on the larger cube setting.
This is the ice maker that could. It works tirelessly to make ice. It’s like sonic ice. Starts making is pretty quickly & continues to do so.
Cons
Not a good buy. It's an expensive decoration on my counter top now because i haven't found the right way to get rid of it in nyc. Decidedly not happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately it didn’t last more than a few months before it quit working

We turned it off when we werent using it and did our best to fill the water according to the instruction but our water pump quit working

The other thing is that the ice is wet when you put it in the freezer so it sticks together
