Pros

It churns out ice, and wifey-pooh really likes it. It makes hollowed out ice cubs that are a lot of fun to chomp. Return/replacement process simple and painless.

Love the three different ice cube sizes. Love that there are 3 different size nuggets. After the 5th set it was stabilized and made consistently sized ice.

Cons

It takes 4 hours to fill one gallon ziplock bag of ice. The ice bin is not insulated. Makes 12 cubes then the ice light comes on asking you to empty the basket.

As of 07/14/2020 this thing is noisy! Contacted the mfg to start warranty process. Please look elsewhere for a quality and long lasting ice maker.

The shipping cost is ridiculous, ups cheapest rate is $159 shipping? Awful customer service and product reliability.

Product booklet clearly states that there is a 1 year warranty. Contacted curtis/frigidaire by email regarding warranty. Never buying frigidaire again.
