Pros

Great for camping or attending kids sports. It's very sturdy and holds a good 5 gallons of water. The pour spout functions well too.

Cons

What's the point of buying a renown brand! Very disappointed by the service. What a pitiful repsonse from such a large company. Unbelievable that a product that has one functionality leaves the factory without qa.

Leaks out of the spigot. Upon it's first use, the nozzle button got stuck inside the housing. Now all i get are drips out of it.
