The igaging ip54 electronic digital caliper has been the best-est device i've ever purchased. The back side has a helpful fraction-to-decimal conversion table. I find it useful for measuring pre-existing parts that i'm integrating with my designs.

Cons
On the od side, there is a 10 thousandth or so gap (you can see light through it) in the middle when the calipers are fully closed. Expanding it beyond ~1 makes it go immediately out of calibration.
The battery seems to consume the batteries even while off. After replacing the battery the compartment now won’t close enough to stay powered.
