The bluetooth software tried to instal but is not compatible with my windows xp desktop

I contacted the seller and they offered to send a replacement dongle but the issue is software not hardware related and i declined their offer but said i would keep the item even though it only half worked

They then sent a £10 refund to my account to compensate

Perhaps the bluetooth function will work on newer windows platforms but fails on xp so if you are trying to upgrade an old banger as i was beware
