Problem is every 791889 carb i was finding did not have the fuel solenoid on the bottom and the choke was cable operated not spring loaded

Completely fixed the loping hunting issue with a previous carberator replacement

After installation when adjusting the fuel mixture i discovered the fuel metering screw had been severely bent and could not be adjusted tried to straighten but its made out of pot metal and broke

The 1st issue i ran into was the lil tab that sticks up on the choke linkage

After solving those 2 minor issues i finished the install and tried to start the engine

I had some backfiring probs and it was idling way too high

So i tinkered with the idle screw and the governor a bit and before i knew it it was running like a brand new engine again
