Pros

Two thumbs up for a great product and great service. Great packaging. Price is a little high at first glance, but its the same price if you get it off their ifixit website for 19.

The screwdriver bits are not the best, but they are precise. The opener heat pad works fine, just takes a while and needs to be reheated periodically. My microwave is 1500 watts.

Guitar picks are a god-send and help with prying open anything. The tray holding the tools has many compartments, and is very useful for holding and separating tiny screws and parts. All parts work as advertised.

The iopener kit is a lifesaver when it comes to repair ipads and some iphones. Can also remove sealed plastic parts such as the samsung galaxy and note series battery doors.
