They wont give me an equal credit after returning the watch and wont replace the watch i sent back after telling i would get a credit equaling the watch i sent back

A little difficult to sync with the s 22 ii was able to get into the privilege menu on the bike and found a bluetooth icon however it would not synci then tried to sync it with the ifit app on my tabletthe tablet recognize the heart rate monitor but then wouldn’t sync with the bikehowever once the heart rate monitor is recognized in the ifit app on the tablet it works on the bike perfectlygo figurea little hard to sync but once that was accomplished it works so i’m happy

Worked perfectlyk although i did have some difficulty interpreting the instructions
