Pros & Cons
Pros
The noise the machine makes when it’s firing up gets him absolutely stoked. He's super hyperactive so our ifetch got a lot of use. It launches the ball pretty far and is simple to operate.
The squeaker is a little different - not near as annoying as regular squeak toys. It doesn't get as wet with slobber. My two year old corgi loves playing with the ifetch!
I just keep it plugged in, and that solves the problem. Could not be happier with customer service.
Cons
Every time you consume a cycle on this battery it loses capacity. We plug it in and try to run it again, see if maybe that will work.
The launcher needs heavy friction to launch the balls, and saliva just acts like grease to it. The bowl designed to catch the ball as your pet drops it was poorly designed. It works well until the balls get soggy from the dogs chewing them and droolin... Read More
This undoubtedly costs them $20 to manufacture and they’re selling it for $200. Foolish me. The fact that i received a defective $200 product that should be $60, is unacceptable.
Even plugged in, the ball never goes farther then 3-5 feet. Fully charged, if an even slightly damp ball goes into the *, it barely goes 6 inches sometimes. It shoots balls randomly different distances and not to the 40ft.
