I normally wear either a “large” or “extra large” glove depending on the manufacturer and this glove was much smaller overall

But the biggest letdown for me was how it performed its primary function

These gloves are warm because they are made from thick warm material but the heating function barely works or if it does the effect is not strong enough to be felt through the thick material
