Pros
Easy to install. Product is good but a sometimes its noisy. Clothes are very clean with less water required.
Cons
Don’t buy ifb in bangalore. It is just for namesake. The package rope is on one side,the other side no rope. Even if i register for periodic service as mentioned in the guide book, it's mostly unattended.
Our experience with the after sale service team is very pathetic. Ifb says this is not covered under warranty. Your negligence in improper after-sale service is the biggest cause for subsequent issues.

Power switch comment by the engineer was that there is power surge issue in the entire area and using machine without is too dangerous
