Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a better mousetrap than landfill-destined plastic bags. Parchment is very durable and, after they have worn out, can be cleaned and recycled. I heat my rotisserie chicken in the microwave in these bags and it keeps in the moisture.
Cons
The bags burn and food does stick. Will not ever use these again. Very disappointed in the product.
Highlights
Quality
They don’t burn or get sticky on the pan i love them and i am very happy with the quality of these parchment bags
If you want less waste and better quality these bags are worth the price especially because they are so durable
But cookign times should be less with the bag so check often to make sure
I put the whole turkey in the bag with the breast side up which i never do with a plastic one
Price
The price was just right for this product
Packaging/appearance
So much easier to use than trying to construct a parchment paper envelope out of the sheets
I used the xlarge bag for a 19 lb turkey
I did leave the thermometer it and had the cord come out of the bag
They are compostable if they cannot be cleaned enough to be recycled

They should be in black print or have better contrast from the box
