Nearly as good as a silpad. I like the multipack and the convenience of prime delivery. Quilon free, chrome-free.
I love the fact that they are unbleached. I prefer this narrower size because it fits my cookie sheets with less waste.
Cons
Tear strip is just too useful, as is a heavier thickness. No handy jagged aluminum edge like on most kinds of parchment paper. They expect you to rip the parchment along the bare edge of the flimsy cardboard box holding it.

I think the parchment paper deserves 55 gold stars for quality and 55 green stars for social and environmental impact

Its nice to feel good about not having weird chemicals in my food and even when ive cut the piece of paper too big for my baking pan and it folds up closer to the heating element of my oven it hasnt caught fire

Put your thumb on the corner of the ripped box part you made to open the package and pull towards your body slowly and the paper will tear every time
