I hung this light in my bathroom replaced one of the globe style bulbs on my fixture and wanted to see if it would allow me to have a speaker in the bathroom so while i get ready for work etc i could listen to music or talk radio

Once i paired my phone to it i was able to play my podcoast app and music through the speaker

When the light is on the speaker will pair to your phone automatically if configured that way when turned off obviously no connection exists so that could drive you nuts a little if you dont realize every time you turn the bathroom light on it may hijack your sound but once again this is configurable to do automatically or manually based on your phone settings
