Pros
The rubber has just the right amount of bend and rigidity. This thing requires you to have good gag reflexes.
The product is good for the price, nothing high end, but not horrible. The packaging was discrete (came in one of those padded manila envelopes [not the paper kind], and pretty much everything was written in chinese. It's exactly as advertised.

It is adjustable the mouth part can slide along the strap as is apparent in the pictures and it does come with a cheap padlock and two keys
