I used to run in my local park early in the morning daily but eventually i developed pains in my feet and along with the cold and rain weirdos in the park and dogs that would do everything in their power to tangle themselves up in my legs without their owners caring i just said screw it its not worth it and decided to keep my fitness indoors as i couldnt really afford a gym membership

It was easy to assemble and the instructions were pretty clear it also came with some grease but i have no idea where to it on the machine

When i tried the machine out for the first time i noticed that the left side pedal plate was so close to the body of the machine that it couldnt go round
