It's amazingly simple, yet amazingly effective. It feels like the physical therapist is doing the stretching for you. It's stronger than i thought it would be and since we're always traveling (by car) it's extremely portable.

Hamstring stretching is totally up to you. With the wedge, my calves are automatically getting stretched. Really works for stretching.
