Fit is excellent save the ram issue. Had to trim one side to fit my crucial ballistixs memory. Fits perfectly in a node 202 case.

Cons

Big heatsink with a big cheaply made fan. The mounting feet are too tall. The cooling fins are noticeably flimsier than comparable products. Spend a few extra bucks and get yourself a noctua.

I did replace the fan with a noctua 120mm slim fan

I replaced the fan on top with a noctua nfa12x15 pwm and its nice and quiet
