Pros

Fan has high/low settings. I wish it had a temp-dependent setting or connected to one of the motherboard's fan connectors. Highly recommend opening and closing the drive doors (reseating the drives) every few months.

If its too loud you can replace the factory fan with a noctua nfa4x10 flx in about 2 minutes
