Pros
The included sleds seem to be a durable plastic and unless you're really rough handling them, they should last for many years. The enclosure is made out of metal and the two 2 1/2 drive bay drawers are made from high quality plastic or polymer.
Overall, i am highly pleased with the accessory i picked up and hope it will provide me some modest pride if i'll ever be able to show it off to someone whom may be impressed and into custom builds. I'm thrilled with how proxmox works with it.
Remember to set the little jumper in the back to enable the fan. The auto fan feature is great. Fans are small - but again these fans are attached to 1x5.
The enclosure feels cheap but it fits well. Everything fits snugly and allows for another device above or below if there is one available in your build. The 'cage-holder' mounts into a 3.
It is imperative to use the correct provided hardware when assembling. That is a bit of a stressor, and i have extension cables coming in soon to alleviate the stress on the on in the server.
Cons
It's not worth the $20 to try to reassemble it without instructions. The new caddy is due sunday and i will will use that and trash this one. Sort of defeats the purpose of this chassis though.

Ive come to realize an ssd of roughly 480gb to 512gb is plenty for a power user

And the cage itself slides in snug so that the ssd connects to the sata connectors mounted on the back of the inside of the cageholder

If your ssd is rocking in the tray then its not there and you probably wont make proper contact when you slide the sled in
