Pros
I ride a scooter all year round and this summer it has been very wet where i live. This is an outstanding product for the money i'm completely dry while out on patrol i highly recommend it.
Length is of ''golden middle'' - it spreads below the knee to protect you from water. Note to check everything before deciding to keep it. Needed a long raincoat to walk dogs all day at our animal shelter.
This thing is a heavier material than i expected and a legit heavier duty zipper. Great quality material, hangs down too the top of my work boots. Brim on the hood keeps rain and snow out of your eyes while keeping the hood open so you can see.
Cons
The length is great but the arms somehow leak and get the shirt under the rain jacket gets wet. Tried contacting seller with no response. Couldn't give me their products. No longer trust any chinese company.

I was looking for a travel raincoat and this one is too heavy for that and isnt roomy enough for a large fanny pack

Also the hat velcro strap very poor design cause not long enough and i have a small head 😄 but definitely keep me dry on windy heavy rain
