Pros
The sleeves have an elasticized wrist part attached at the end of the sleeve, underneath the whole sleeve. It’s a bit large in the shoulders, but doable. It has awesome arm cuffs to keep the arms from sliding up.
Comes in a large turquoise pouch trimmed with orange that has velcro closure and there's a wrist strap to carry the pouch. Has a yellow zipper which contrasts nicely with theturquoise coat color and also has snaps.
Kept me dry in fairly torrential rain. It sheds water very well and is not constricting while driving. Keeps me dry but the stitching isn't very strong.
It reminds me of a classic police slicker. The reflective strips on front and back are a great safety feature during police patrols and assisting motorist at night. The light reflectors work well.
We live in the wettest place in the united states so this coat was a must. He is 5'9 and the coat comes just bellow his calves. The coat runs small so you might want to get 1 or 2 size up.

I've had a number of this type of raincoat, and they have been stiff, and very cheaply made.
For the simple fact that every time i've bought women's and it's said waterproof, i've still gotten wet.
Price
I wish the size of the hood was a bit bigger to wear a hat under but it’s a great rain coat for the price.
I have not tried it in the rain yet but overall i think it's an excellent rain coat and certainly worth the money spent for it.
I can't really give a more detailed review as to the fact that after purchasing the cost it hasn't rained much.

Haven’t used it as yet, but it looks perfect for what i needed: a raincoat to wear over a suit.

I chose the blackgreywhite camo since the others seemed too bright or too dark but i would say it leans on the darker side

Consthe way the upper arm sits is fairly uncomfortable for me since it is more than double the thickness of my arms but the cuff on the wrist is reasonably tight
