My husband ordered double x when he usually gets just x so maybe if putting over work clothes one size up.

The sizing runs small so order 1-2 sizes up.

The pant leg is at the very top of my 8 boots and my arm sleeves are too short to tuck into my gloves.

But for this set, the pants in this set was smaller than expected and the coat was tight fit too.
