Then one day while moving the tv it tore the end of the led strip that had a plug already attached to it that led into the power source

So in all honesty i only used the white clip ends of these strips and i cut off the black pinconnectors

For the waterproof led strips remove the silicone covering and make sure to remove the adhesive backing
