Pros
The device serves my purposes now that i have modified it to do so. Does exactly what it says in description. I guess if it breaks so often you need to keep buying more.
Cons
The negative side is closest to the ethernet ports. The positive is towards the outside of the case.

I tried tightening the screw and stripped it out

I opened it up to see why it would not close and found that the hole drilled for the led was undersized so the led was preventing the case from closing

Upon receipt i discovered that only the jack is shielded

My application requires shielded cabling and using these devices will result in my cable shield floating unterminated to ground or anything at all
