    I didnt realize the different colored lamps had different voltage ratings and this explained why replacing lamps with random colored bulbs didnt always make for a good repair

    Be careful to discharge capacitors with a resistor before testing them if there is a residual charge it will fry this meter

    The component input sockets are bit too sloppy for comfort and you have to fuss around to get the unit to read the parts correctly
