Pros

The kettle bell itself is great - as a woman i wanted something a little more forgiving than a traditional hard metal kettle bell. Free shipping and the flexibility of the equipment. I like that the weights are soft and easy to removeand add.

Like another reviewer i received a poorly packaged product

I must say i am quite impressed with this product but it does not work in all exercises

The donuts are also very heavy for there size and with the cal prop 65 warning i imagine it is filled with lead shot

Only gave it 4 stars due to poor packaging

Although it dose come with a cd the first time it was missing out of the box
