It works for me, even with my oversized head.
Cons
The only way i could make it fit properly over my face was to rig it by knotting the cover, so it looks hokey. Also putting it together was a fussy project of buttoning the face piece to the hat.

I would like to see it move off to the outside of the rim so it doesnt stick to my skin

Only issue i see is that when you have the mask on in the front and you bend down to get something or look at something you have to use one hand to hold the mask back in order to be able to see
