Customer service name michelle is the best and very help when i need help during installation. The installation instructions are detailed and well illustrated. Easy to install by self. Super easy to install, great instructions.
The water tasted great, no funcky flavors from filters, the led display shows the status of the filtration system, super sleek stainless steel gives a very modern feel. What i have noticed for the dogs is that they no longer * bile daily.
This saves space and for the price is an excellent system. For this price, this system is honestly worth every penny. I am so glad i saw this and jumped on it before it sold out.
The faucet has a built in tds meter that actually offers real time readings. It is chrome, which i prefer, and it is accurate and real time. The tds is a measure of the amount of salts or dissolved ions in water.
Cons
The amount of water it flushes when using it is just not enough. The instructions say to flush for 20 minutes 2 times when the water stinks and this did nothing to alleviate the smell.

Took me 15 mins to install it under the sink because i needed to unbolt the whole thing to get it situated in the sink hole
