With the cell phone bag come instructions to test and see whether it is waterproof by submerging it in some water before placing your cellphone into it

The only bad part after its inside is that im not actually able to use the phone to even unlock the note 4 i need to use my fingerprint scanner and obviously that doesnt work through plastic
